Well, I've been a person who has used twitter for a while and have recently come across these two sites that allow you to get paid by posting sponsored tweets.
It's really easy, all you need is a paypal and a twitter account. There are also other sites that these sites allow you to post things on such as Myspace for ad.ly and facebook and youtube for mylikes.
